Peace between the warring clans is established, after Tobirama killed a dragon, used Edo Tensei on it to revive the creature and used its might to overcome the Uchiha. He still keeps his undead dragon around. It's, after all, an effective weapon and the young Konoha has quite some enemies. To reconcile with Izuna, after he nearly killed him in dragonfire, Tobirama thinks, it's a good idea to show Izuna how beautiful flying can be. He even deviced a saddle, that makes riding the dragon easier.
